    Heat-harm Treatment Technology in Suncun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 孙村煤矿是我国较早出现高温热害问题的矿井,自-600 m水平开始,高温热害问题便成为影响矿井生产的重要灾害。通过对孙村煤矿深井热害问题进行分析,揭示了孙村煤矿是以地热和空气压缩热为主要热源的热传导型矿井。针对孙村煤矿热害治理,结合矿井实际情况,提出了具有针对性的热害治理技术,即局部制冷降温技术和冰冷低温辐射降温技术,该系统大大改善工作面长期以来的高温工作环境,值得在深部开采及相关领域推广应用。

       

      Abstract: Suncun Coal Mine is the earlier heat harm mine of our country. Heat harm problem has became a major disaster affecting mine production from the beginning of -600 m level. Based on the analysis of deep heat harm problem, it is revealed that Suncun Coal Mine is a heat conduction mine with geothermal heat and air compression as the main heat source. For the characteristics of Suncun Coal Mine, combined with the actual situation, heat harm control technology, which is named as local refrigeration cooling and cold temperature radiant cooling technology, is put forward. This heat harm control technology is worth to be applied and popularized in deep mining and related fields.
