    • 摘要: 矿井突水后注浆中的浆液控制是堵水工程中的重大问题,浆液在阻水段外的大量外流意味着浪费的材料多,抢险的工期长,工程的成本高,恢复生产中的清淤量大,复矿的时间长。以申家庄矿2302工作面堵水工程的成功控浆为例,总结分析了矿井动水注浆中控制浆液外流的各种方法。现场工程实践表明,矿井动水控浆可从动水流速控制、浆液流动控制、浆液性能控制及注浆方式控制等方面入手,动水流速控制可采用修筑挡水墙的方法,浆液流动控制可采用投注骨料和堆建煤袋墙的方法,浆液性能控制可采用注入稠浆的方法,注浆方式控制可采用间歇式注入的方法。

       

      Abstract: Grout control is a significant problem in the process of water inrush grouting in coal mine. Grout outflow result in waste material, long rescue period, high cost of the project, a large amout of dredging, long time for restore production. Taking the 2302 work face grouting engineering of Shenjiazhuang coal mine as an example, paper analyzed and summarized variety of methods to control the grout outflow under the condition of hydrodynamic grouting. Engineering practice indicated that hydrodynamic grouting can be controlled by water flowing velocity, grout flowing, grout performance, grouting mode and so on. Water flowing velocity can be used to control by Building retention wall. Grout flowing can be controlled by dropping aggregate material and building coal bag wall. Grout performance can be controlled by injecting dense grout. And grouting mode can be controlled by intermittent grouting.
