    Large-section Open-off Cut Supporting Technology for Fully Mechanized Caving Face in High-stress Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 针对国内某矿-960 m水平综放首采大断面7.5 m×3.3 m开切眼的支护难题,在支护难度分析的基础上,确定采用高强度支护体系和宽导窄扩的施工方式,选择具备高强度、高刚度、高可靠性和大延伸率的新型支护材料,进行了支护设计,确定了合理的支护参数,实践应用与矿压监测结果表明,该方案有效地控制了切眼围岩的变形与破坏,取得了良好的支护效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the supporting difficulty of 7.5 m×3.3 m large-section open-off cut in first mining fully mechanized caving face at -960 m level of one domestic coal mine, on the basis of the analysis of supporting difficulty, the study decided to adopt high strength support system and the construction method of wide guide narrow expansion, selected new support materials with high strength, high stiffness, high reliability and big elongation, conducted the support design, determined the reasonable supporting parameters. The results of practical application and mine pressure monitoring show that this scheme can effectively control the deformation and failure of roadway and achieve a good supporting effect.
