    Gas False Alarm Analysis of KJ95N Safety Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 基于2个矿井RS485总线式甲烷传感器发生误报警的情况,分析了传感器安设地点及接线方式,研究了发生误报警的原因,提出了现场防范措施。结果表明:减少总线式传感器串接数量、缩短总线距离是防止传感器误报警的有效方法,甲烷传感器定期替换和升井后干燥处理是防范传感器内部漏电电流导致误报警的有效做法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the false alarm of the RS485 bus methane sensors in two mine, the article analyzed the install location and connection mode of the sensors, and researched the reasons of false alarm, and put forward the preventing measures. The results showed that the effective method of preventing false alarm of sensors was to reduce the series amount of bus type sensors and to shorter the busdistance, another approach of preventing false alarm of sensors caused by the sensor inner leakage is to replace the methane sensor on a regular basis and to drying process the methane sensor after up well.
