    Optimization Improvement for Locking Device of Mechanical Air Door

    • 摘要: 分析了矿井现用机械式风门连锁装置存在的问题,针对存在问题进行了改进,将风门连锁装置改为风门闭锁装置,介绍了风门闭锁装置的结构、工作原理、注意事项及优点。风门闭锁装置彻底杜绝了2道风门同时打开现象,提高了通风系统稳定性,保障了矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: The article analyzes the problems in current mechanical air door interlocking device in mine, and makes some improvements for the existing problems. The air door interlocking device is changed to air door locking device. The structure, working principle, precautions and the advantages of the air door locking device are briefly introduced. The application of the air door locking device completely eliminates the phenomenon of the two air doors opening at the same time, improves the stability of ventilation system, and ensures the safety production of mine.
