    Analysis on Fully Mechanized Caving Backfilling Technique of the Special Roadway in Coal Mine with High Gas

    • 摘要: 为提高煤矿充填开采效率和保障高瓦斯矿井安全生产,提出通过在工作面上方稳定岩层内沿工作面走向方向开掘煤矿专用巷的巷道布置方案。介绍了煤矿专用巷的典型布置形式,并对专用巷内综放充填开采和瓦斯抽采的原理进行了探讨。研究了专用巷内充填与瓦斯抽采的时空关系,并分析了应用专用巷技术的效益情况。研究表明,应用专用巷技术可以实现高瓦斯矿井采空区充填、瓦斯抽采、综放开采的平行作业,能够显著提高现有的煤矿充填效率并解放“三下”压煤。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of backfilling and guarantee the safety production of coal mine with high gas, the layout program of the special roadway which was arranged in the steady overlying strata on the top of the working face was proposed, and it was along the direction of the working face. The typical layout of the special roadway was introduced, and the principle of special roadway fully mechanized caving backfilling mining and gas extraction was discussed. Then the spatiotemporal relationship between the gas extraction and the backfilling was studied, and the benefit of the special roadway technology was analyzed. The results showed that the gob backfilling of high gas coal mine, gas extraction and fully mechanized caving mining was done in parallel by using the special roadway technology, which could significantly improve the efficiency of backfilling and release "three-unders" coal.
