    Control and Monitoring of Floor Heave in the Complex Surrounding Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 大佛寺煤矿主采煤层4#煤底板以铝质泥岩为主的软弱岩体,巷道采掘过程中受多种因素引发巷道底臌。通过分析40110工作面巷道底臌机理、底板物化成分、围岩受力情况,从而确定巷道的底臌类型为复合性底臌。在原支护方案基础上,增强断面顶帮、底角支护强度,底板以泄压槽+底角锚杆联合支护形式进行处理。多种手段动态监测分析可知,支护效果良好,巷道底臌控件在容许范围内。

       

      Abstract: The 4# coal seam floor is the soft rock mainly on aluminum mudstone in the main mining seam of Dafosi Coal Mine, floor heave is induced by many factors during roadway mining. By analyzing the floor heave mechanism, the physical and chemical composition, the surrounding rock force of 40110 working face roadway, it determines the type of roadway floor heave, and it is composite floor heave. On the basis of the original support, it increases cross-section roof and bottom corner supporting strength, and it uses the joint support form of pressure releasing groove and bottom corner anchor for the floor. Dynamic monitoring analysis by various means shows that the support effect is good, roadway floor heave is controlled within the allowable range.
