    高应力软岩回采巷道支护方案数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of High Stress Soft Rock Roadway Support Schemes

    • 摘要: 针对清水煤矿软岩回采巷道变形严重这一问题,结合具体的地质条件,在现有支护方案的基础上,设计了2种采用超长锚杆的支护方案。采用FLAC3D数值计算软件,对3种支护方案进行了模拟。通过对回采巷道的塑性区、位移分布和应力分布情况进行了模拟,对比分析确定采用超长锚杆间排距为700 mm的支护方案为最佳方案,可以满足回采巷道的支护要求。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the serious deformation of soft rock roadway in Qingshui Coal Mine, combined with specific geological conditions, based on the existing support scheme, two long bolt support schemes were designed. FLAC3D numerical calculation was used to simulate three support schemes. Through comparative analysis of the plastic zone, displacement distribution and stress distribution in mining roadway, long bolt supporting scheme of 700 mm inter-row distance was the best scheme and the support scheme can meet the requirements of roadway.
