    The Problems of Team Training in the State-owned Coal Enterprises Development and Its Solutions

    • 摘要: 员工的素质和技能已成为国有煤炭企业生存和发展的基石。区队培训作为提高员工各项能力和素质的重要形式,逐渐演变为煤炭企业培训不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而由于煤炭企业员工素质较低、继续学习意识不强、培训内容和形式单一、培训标准制定不严格区队培训存在不少问题。将区队培训问题归纳总结为4大方面,即培训标准问题、培训内容问题、培训形式问题和培训技术员问题,并针对各个问题提出相应的解决策略。

       

      Abstract: The quality and technical ability of staff has become the survival and development cornerstone of the state-owned coal enterprises.As a important form of enhancing staff's capacity and quality,team training becomes an important part in the coal company training.However, there are some problem in the team training because of low quality,great contradictory between working and study, weak conscious of learning,and so on. This article sums up problems of team training into four parts,the problem of training stander,the problem of training substance,the problem of training form and the problem of trainers,then, it puts up the corresponding solutions.
