    • 摘要: 设计了煤矿矿工心理安全感量表,通过对707名煤矿矿工进行一对一式的结构化访谈获取信息。采用方差分析及回归分析等方法,探讨了煤矿矿工心理安全感及其各维度在人口统计变量及组织工作变量上的差异性,研究了各维度对煤矿矿工心理安全感总体状况的预测力。研究结果表明:煤矿矿工心理安全感及其各维度在人口统计变量及组织工作变量上均存在显著性差异,各维度对煤矿矿工心理安全感总体状况的预测力存在差异,预测力从大到小依次是支持感、信任感、工作控制感及关系控制感。

       

      Abstract: This study developed the scale measuring statues of the coal miners' psychological safety, then collected data by conducting structured interview on 707 coal miners one by one. ANOVA and regression analysis were used to explore the differences of coal miners' psychological safety on demographic variable /organization variable and the predictive power of different dimensions to coal miners' psychological safety. The result shows that the difference of coal miners' psychological safety on demographic variable and organization variable is significant. The dimensions of coal miners' psychological safety have significant predictive powers for coal miners' psychological safety and the predictive power from big to small in turn is perceived support, perceived trust, perceived control of job and perceived control of relationship.
