    • 摘要: 为了提高松软低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采效果,针对淮南某矿区煤层特点,在松软突出煤层穿层孔中采用造斜定向钻进技术,使钻孔轨迹在煤孔段产生弯曲,增加煤岩孔长度比,从而提高瓦斯抽放效果。煤孔段钻孔弯曲强度平均达2°/m,煤孔段长度最大达常规钻进长度的2.1倍。

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the gas drainage effects in low permeability coal seam, according to the coal seam characteristic in Huainan coal mining area, the deflecting technology was used in through beds hole to extend the length of coal and rock hole through bending drilling trajectory in coal hole section to enhance the effect of gas drainage, and the maximum bending strength is up to 2°/m in coal hole section. and the coal hole length was increased 2.1 times compared to conventional drilling length.
