    Fast Regulation and Optimization Technology of Production Mine Ventilation System

    • 摘要: 通过对矿井通风网络调节位置与通风系统风流稳定性进行分析,利用复杂通风网络存在较多角联分支的特点,在无向图角联分级识别技术和风量敏感性分析的基础上,提出了生产矿井通风系统快速调节技术。该技术首先对实际复杂通风系统进行无向图角联分级识别,通过寻找当前级别角联结构的正负导线上风量敏感度较大的、且已安装调节设施的角联分支,选择增阻或减阻调节方式,由风量敏感度反推出调节分支的调节量,在尽量不改变现有通风调节设施的前提下,使巷道风量满足需风量要求,实现生产矿井通风系统风流分配快速调节。

       

      Abstract: This article analyzes the relationship of regulating position and airflow stability of the underground complex ventilation system. According to the characteristics that there are lots of diagonal branches in the complex ventilation network, the fast regulation and optimization technology of mine ventilation system in production mine is put forward based on the diagonal classification recognition technology of undirected graph and air quantity sensitivity analysis method. Firstly, the diagonal classification recognition technology is used for the actual complex ventilation system. Secondly, using the increasing resistance or the decreasing resistance regulation type, the regulation branch is determined by searching the branches of the positive and negative traverse in the current level diagonal structure which has already installed the regulation devices and has the bigger air quantity sensibility degree. Lastly, the regulation quantity of the regulation branch is revealed by the air quantity sensibility degree. Under the premise that without changing the existing ventilation regulation devices as far as possible, and keeping that the air quantity of roadway satisfies the required airflow requirements, it is easy to realize the fast regulation of airflow distribution of mine ventilation system in production mine.
