    New and High Efficient Adsorption Tower Filling Technique for Carbon Molecular Sieve Nitrogen Machine

    • 摘要: 基于煤矿大流量(2 000 m3/h)井下移动式碳分子筛制氮装置吸附塔结构对碳分子筛填装工艺的特殊要求,采用理论计算与实验测试相结合的方法,通过集成创新开发了用于煤矿井下大流量碳分子筛制氮机的新型高效吸附塔充填技术工艺。应用结果表明,氮气出口浓度达到了98 %以上,在稳定状态下,氮气纯度可达99 %。新型充填技术工艺的研发可极大地提高吸附塔工作效率,满足大流量(2 000 m3/h)井下移动式碳分子筛制氮装置对于高性能充填工艺的要求,显著提高我国煤矿注氮防灭火技术装备水平。

       

      Abstract: Based on the special requirements of mine large flow (2 000 m3/h) underground mobile carbon molecular sieve nitrogen equipment absorption tower structure for carbon molecular sieve filling technique, using a combination of theoretical calculations and experimental test method, a new and high efficient adsorption tower filling technique for coal mine large flow underground mobile carbon molecular sieve nitrogen machine was developed by integrating innovative. The application results showed that the nitrogen outlet concentration is more than 98%, in the steady state, the nitrogen purity is able to get 99%. Process research and development of new filling technology can greatly improve the efficiency of the adsorption tower, meet the requirements of mine large flow (2 000 m3/h) underground mobile carbon molecular sieve nitrogen equipment for high performance filling technique, and significantly improve China coal mine technical equipment level of fire prevention and nitrogen injection.
