    Surface Grouting Water Stop Reinforcement Technology Under Disturbed Strata

    • 摘要: 板集煤矿井筒发生突水后,采用地面注浆对地层进行充填加固,注浆技术虽为国内井筒突水治理的一种重要手段,但由于突水造成井筒周围地层发生了严重扰动,导致原始的水文地质参数发生了较大变化,而国内扰动地层条件下地面注浆止水加固技术尚属先例,现有的试验研究成果难以科学、有效的指导现场注浆施工,因此对它的研究具有重大的实用性。通过室内和现场试验来修正和完善扰动地层注浆理论,获得了较好的注浆效果,也为类似地层条件下注浆施工提供了较好的指导依据。

       

      Abstract: After occuring water inrush in Banji Coal Mine shaft, surface grouting is applied to fill and strengthen strata. Although grouting is an important method of controlling water inrush during domestic shafts, the water inrush caused serious disturbances around the surrounding strata, resulted great changes of primitive hydrogeological parameters. However, domestic surface grouting reinforcement technology under disturbance strata is the precedent, the existing research results could not guide the field grouting test scientifically and effectively, therefore, the research is significantly practical. The grouting theory under disturbance strata is revised and improved through laboratory and field tests, the grouting effect is better, which also provides a good basis for grouting construction in similar formations conditions.
