    Collaborative Mining Technology with Diferent Mining Equipments at the Same Working Face in Thicking Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 以岱庄煤矿4320工作面为工程背景,对变厚煤层不同设备同面协同开采工作面布置及特殊技术进行了研究。与“仅在厚煤层区域布置综采工作面”布置方案相比,“将薄厚煤层布置在同一工作面中进行回采”方案的回采工艺难度增加,但可多回收8.3万t煤炭;在不违反《煤矿安全规程》的前提下,实行2套综采设备对接对变厚煤层进行同时开采的技术,并对刮板输送机搭接技术、煤矸分离装置以及工作面缩面安全技术进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: Taking the 4320 working face in Daizhuang Coal Mine as engineering background, the collaborative technology for thicking coal seam in the same working face with diferent mining equipments was studied. Compared with the layout plan that "fully mechanized mining face was only arranged in thick coal seam", the layout plan that "the thin and thick coal seams were mined in the same working face" was difficult, but additional 83 000 t coal could be mined; on condition that without violating Regulations for Coal Mine Safety, two sets of fully mechanized equipments connected with each other were used to mine the thin and thick coal seams at the same time. The lap joint technology of scraper conveyer, the separation device for coal and gangue, the working face width shortening technology were also analyzed.
