    Thick Roof Forced Caving Technology at Fully Mechanized Mining Face

    • 摘要: 针对霍洛湾矿直接套用神东强制放顶的经验办法效果不佳的情况。结合22202工作面的地质情况,基于理论分析、数值模拟、现场经验的方法对强制放顶方案进行优化并实施。放顶后观察到支架后方矸石堆积饱满,呈凸字形;工作面在推进到30 m时基本顶断裂,初次来压步距38.5 m,减小了1~2倍的周期来压步距长度,矿压显现为周期来压等级,方案取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the bad effect that huoluowan Coal Mine directly used the ready-made experiences and methods on forced caving of shendong Mining Area, combining the practical conditions in 22202 working face of huoluowan Coal Mine, the optimization of forced caving scheme was carried out based on methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field experience. The gangue showed convex type and accumulation plumpness was observed behind support. The basic roof was break when working face advanced 30 m far from open-off cut, the first weighting step distance was 38.5 m, which decreased 1 to 2 times of the period weighting step distance, strata behaviors level basically consistent with the period weighting. The optimization scheme has get good results.
