    • 摘要: 为了研究位于软弱破碎煤泥岩组合体中特大断面马头门巷道的修护技术,提出了特大断面巷道治理的总体思路,介绍了深-浅孔注浆加固围岩的特点,运用FLAC3D研究了锚筑环形一体化支护技术的原理,并从支护形式、协同控制等5个方面探讨了锚筑环形一体化控制系统的优越性。结果表明,环形一体化控制系统在注浆加固、锚杆索支护、混凝土浇筑后形成的3层环形加固拱,可以有效地控制特大断面巷道软弱破碎围岩。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the repair technology of large section horsehead which located in the combination of weak broken coal shale, this article proposed the general governance idea for large section roadway, and described the characteristics of deep-shallow hole grouting rock. The FLAC3D is used to study the principle of the anchor construction annular integrated support technology, and the superiority of the anchor construction annular integrated control system is discussed from 5 aspects of support form, cooperative control, etc. The results show that three-layer annular reinforcing arch of annual integrated control system which formed by grouting reinforcement, anchor cable support and concrete pouring can effective control soft and broken surrounding rocks of large section roadway.
