    • 摘要: 提出了一种煤矿排水控制系统冗余可靠性的设计方案,分析了煤矿排水控制系统的主要故障类型,根据可靠性设计原则,设计了关键传感器冗余、控制器软冗余及独立运行、双机热备、双冗余环网通信网络、备用电源等方案,在曹庄矿的应用实践表明,经过可靠性改造后,煤矿排水控制系统运行稳定,故障率大大降低,运行维护时间大大缩短,完全达到了预期目标。

       

      Abstract: This article proposes a design of redundant reliability for coal mine drainage control system, and analyzes the control system of coal mine drainage main fault types and designs the scheme of the key sensor redundancy scheme, the controller of soft redundancy, independent operation, dual hot-standby, dual redundant ring communication network and alternate power source according to the principle of reliability design. The application of practice in Caozhuang mine shows that the coal mine drainage control system works stable, the failure rate has been greatly reduced, and actual run time and maintenance time has been reduced after the reliability transformation, and it fully achieved the expected goal.
