    Application of Mobile Liquid Nitrogen Technology in Fire Prevention of Inflammable Close Distance Coal Seam Group

    • 摘要: 液氮沸点-195.8 ℃,基于其抑爆、窒息、冷却等多种特性,针对依兰矿区煤层赋存与生产技术条件,通过地面换装,利用移动式矿用低温液氮小槽将液氮运输至井下防灭火区域,通过钻孔注氮、埋管注氮等多种工艺实现煤矿火灾及自燃隐患的有效处理。应用表明,移动式注氮技术对于矿井火灾可防可灭且灭火后易于井下生产恢复,尤其是作为预防处理井下大型火灾事故的一项重要技术手段,在我国煤炭行业得到广泛应用,对于保障我国煤矿安全生产必将起到重要的促进作用。

       

      Abstract: The boiling point of liquid nitrogen is-195.8 ℃, based on liquid nitrogen explosion suppression, asphyxia, cooling and other features, aiming at the coal seam occurrence and production technology, through ground equipment, the use of mobile mine-used small tank of cryogenic liquid nitrogen to transport liquid nitrogen to underground fire prevention area, spontaneous combustion of coal mine fire hazards is effectively controlled with nitrogen injection by drilling, nitrogen injection pipe and other technology.Practice has proved that mobile nitrogen injection technology is preventable and curable for coal mine fire, and easy to underground production and post-fire recovery, especially as a large underground fire prevention treatment, it is an important technical mean in currently China's coal industry. It will play an important role in promoting China's coal mine safety production.
