    长山子煤矿1121综放工作面上隅角CO超限原因分析与治理方法

    Analysis of CO Over Limit at Top Corner of 1121 Fully Mechanized Caving Face and Its Prevention Methods in Changshanzi Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 1121综放工作面在回采过程中,尤其在初采初放期间,多次在工作面上隅角发生CO超限。为探索CO超限属采空区煤炭自燃还是爆破炮烟等其它原因造成的,对上隅角CO超限区域气体进行了长达2个月的采样化验、加强了监测,并采取多项措施,结果表明:通过降低采空区漏风风量的措施能够起到一定的预防煤炭氧化作用,但效果不明显,鉴于CO可能来自采空区煤炭的缓慢自燃氧化和掘进炮烟的现状,决定采用加大上隅角风量有效控制了上隅角CO持续超限的问题。

       

      Abstract: In the mining process in No. 1121 fully mechanized caving face, especially during initial mining period, CO over limit in top corner had happened many times. To explore reasons of CO over limit, which coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf or shot-firing smoke in roadway head and other causes,We conducted sampling tests on gas in top corner for two months,increasely monitored and took the corresponding measures. The results showed that to decrease air-leak-age in the goaf can play a role in the prevention of coal oxidation,but the effect was not satisfied. In connection with CO maybe coming from coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf and shot-firing smoke in roadway head,we increased the air volume by air pipe in top corner in working face, and then CO over limit were effective controlled.
