    Determination on Work Resistance of Support for Fully Mechanized Mining Face with Large Height

    • 摘要: 针对2612工作面特殊的地质开采条件,采用经验估算法、顶板分类计算法、“砌体梁”理论计算法和动载荷计算法对2612工作面俯、仰、近水平开采阶段支架工作阻力进行计算,结合现场实测以及对比4种计算方法的原理和结果得出, ZY10800/30/65D型液压支架能满足支护强度要求;仰采阶段支架工作阻力最大;动载荷法能够合理确定大采高工作面支架工作阻力。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the specific geological mining conditions of 2612 working face in Dongpang Mine,using the experience estimation method, the "voussoir beam" theory, the roof classification method, the dynamic load calculation method, with the help of the site measurement and comparing with the principle and results of four kinds of calculation methods,this article calculated support working resistance of 2612 working face during depression mining , up-dip mining, nearly horizontal mining phase, and concluded that the powered support of ZY10800/30/65D would meet the production requirements; the support working resistance of up-dip mining is largest;the dynamic load method can determine the support working resistance of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
