    • 摘要: 分析了比例混合器在煤矿泡沫防灭火制备工艺中应用的技术优势,并且结合煤矿实际情况,对比例混合器的工作原理和结构做了介绍,对其主要参数进行了计算,对不同类型的比例混合器进行实验分析。结果表明,比例混合器使煤矿泡沫防灭火制备工艺简单,混合液配比效果充分,安全性得到了提高;比例混合器的最佳供水压力在0.8~1.0 MPa之间;不同的比例混合器适用于不同发泡倍数的发泡剂。

       

      Abstract: It analyzed the technological advantages of the proportional mixer which was applied in the foam fire-fighting process of coal mine. Combined with the practical situation of coal mine, it introduced the work principle and structure of the proportional mixer, calculated the main parameters, and carried out the experimental analysis for the proportional mixers of different types. The results showed that the proportional mixer made the foam fire-fighting preparation technology easier, the mixture ratio was more effective, and improved its security. The best water supply pressure for proportional mixer was from 0.8 to 1.0 MPa. It was also demonstrated that the different proportional mixer applied to the foaming agent with different foaming multiples.
