    脉动瓦斯抽放方式研究

    Research on Pulsating Gas Drainage Way

    • 摘要: 针对常规煤矿的瓦斯抽放方式单一,可控性差,抽放效率低等问题,提出新的瓦斯抽放方式-脉动瓦斯抽放。即在负压抽放方式的基础上,在一定周期内,加入正压,正压和负压循环使用,正压破坏煤体裂隙,促进瓦斯渗流,负压抽放瓦斯。通过顾桥煤矿的现场应用,在高瓦斯,低透气性煤层,瓦斯抽放效果有明显提高。结果表明:脉动瓦斯抽放方式可以有效提高瓦斯抽放效率,一般可以提高40%左右,并且可以达到消突和延长抽放时间的目的。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the conventional coal mine gas drainage, such as unitary way, poor controllability, and low drainage efficiency, it put forward the new gas drainage way- pulsating gas drainage. The positive pressure was used based on the negative pressure drainage within a certain period, the positive pressure and the negative pressure was used interchangeably. The positive pressure damaged coal fracture and promoted the gas seepage, then negative pressure was used to carry out gas drainage. Through the field application of Guqiao Coal Mine, the gas drainage efficiency was improved obviously in high gas and low permeability coal seam. The results showed that the gas drainage efficiency could be increased by 40%, gas outburst was also prevented and drainage time was prolonged with pulsating gas drainage.
