    • 摘要: 随着研究的不断深入,低浓度瓦斯-细水雾两相流体管道安全输送技术在煤矿中开始应用。为了弄清瓦斯气体管道输送时局部管件处的压力损失情况,对瓦斯-细水雾输送管道90°弯管处压降情况进行数值模拟和试验研究。结果表明:90°弯管处两相流体的压降随速度的增加而增大;随管径的增大而减小;随弯径比的增大而先减小后增大,最佳弯径比为2.8~3.2。90°弯管处的压降试验验证了数值模拟的结果。

       

      Abstract: With the deepening of research, the low concentration gas - water mist two-phase fluid in the pipeline transportation technology are safely applied in coal mine. To detect pressure loss of the local pipe fittings in gas pipeline, numerical simulation and experiment research for gas - water mist pipeline at 90 ° elbow drop case was carried out. Numerical analysis shows that the two-phase fluid pressure drop increases with the increase of the speed at 90°elbow and decreases with increasing diameter of pipe and first decreases and then increases with the increase of bending moment ratio, the best bending moment ratio is from 2.8 to 3.2. 90°elbow pressure drop test verifies the effectiveness of the numerical simulation results.
