    • 摘要: 突出煤层采掘前必须经过区域预抽,残余瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量下降到0.74 MPa和8 m3/t以下后方可进行采掘。以山西上良煤矿32206工作面为研究背景,对突出煤层群的底板岩石预抽巷道的布置位置进行了研究分析。通过RFPA软件的数值模拟,找出突出煤层群开采过后应力从新分布的情况,在应力影响较小而且距离下层煤距离最近的位置,这样既能保证巷道的维护容易,而且施工的预抽钻孔距离较短,节省成本和时间。

       

      Abstract: Regional pre-pumping must be done before mining in outburst coal seam, only after the residual gas pressure and gas content decreased to 0.74 MPa and 8 m3/t below, it could begin mining. Taking 32206 working face of Shanxi Shangliang Coal Mine as the background, it studied and analyzed the distribution of floor rock pre-pumping roadway in outburst coal seam group. With the numerical simulation of the software RFPA, it found out the new stress distribution after the outburst coal seam mining, which should be the location of small stress impact and closest to the next coal seam. It made sure that the maintenance of roadway was easy and the construction distance of pre-pumping drilling could be short so as to save time and money.
