    Research on Reasonable Location of Outward Staggered Arrangement at Simultaneously Mining Working Face Crossheading in Close Distance Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 以层间距平均为5.32 m的9#、10#近距离煤层为研究对象,通过理论计算和数值模拟,对上煤层回采形成的侧向支承应力在底板煤岩层中的传递与分布规律及其对下部煤层应力分布的影响进行了分析,确定下煤层工作面顺槽外错式布置时,应布置在实体煤侧距上部煤层侧向煤壁水平距离10 m以外。并根据对现场实测数据的分析,确定这种布置方式在回采过程中可以保证巷道稳定性。

       

      Abstract: The 9# and 10# close distance coal seams with an average of 5.32 m layer spacing was treated as the research object. Through the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the transfer and the distribution of lateral support stress formed by upper seam mining in floor coal rock and the effect of lateral support stress on stress distribution in the lower seams is analyzed. The horizontal distance of entity coal side was from the upper coal seam lateral coal wall more than 10 m when the coal seam working face was outward staggered arrangement. According to the analysis of field data, the stability of roadway can be ensured by this kind of arrangement.
