    Directional Control Technology of Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Goaf of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 针对梁宝寺煤矿3312综放面煤自燃火灾治理的特点,在对火源位置分析的基础上,在巷道和架前开凿钻场,向综放面采空区可能发火区域上部施工高位钻孔,通过钻孔大流量灌注防灭火泡沫和二氧化碳,同时辅以上、下端头的堵漏技术来综合治理综放面自燃火灾。该技术可充分发挥防灭火泡沫流量大、覆盖面积广以及二氧化碳密度大、惰化效果好的特点,取得了较好的火区治理效果。

       

      Abstract: According to the fire control characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion at 3312 full mechanized caving face in Liangbaosi Coal Mine, base on the analysis of fire location, it put forward a technology,the process was that high boreholes were constructed at upper spontaneous combustion area of the goaf in fully mechanized caving face, and the drilling field started from the front of the roadway and support. It used these boreholes to inject fire extinguishing foam and carbon dioxide in large flow, and adopted the plugging technology for the upper and lower end to control spontaneous combustion fire comprehensively. This technology could give full play to the characteristics, which incluled large flow and wide coverage area of fire extinguishing foam, large density and good inerting effect of carbon dioxide. This technology had a good control effect on controlling the coal spontaneous combustion in goaf.
