    空气涡轮制冷技术在掘进工作面降温中的应用

    Application of Air Turbine Refrigeration Technology in Cooling of Heading Face

    • 摘要: 随着矿井不断向深部开采,机械化设备的大量使用,顾北煤矿掘进工作面温度异常增高,严重影响了工人的安全作业及矿井的正常生产。在分析热害性质、成因的基础上,并结合掘进面实际情况,提出将空气涡轮制冷技术应用在掘进工作面降温。现场实测表明,空气涡轮制冷技术不仅可以获得较低的温度,平均温度降低7 ℃左右,而且降温速度快。

       

      Abstract: With the continued mining in deep mine and widely use of mechanization equipments, the heading face temperature of Gubei Coal Mine increases abnormally, which seriously affect the safety operation of worker and normal production of mine. Based on the analysis of the characters and causes of heat damage, and considering the actual situation of heading face, the article proposes that applying air turbine refrigeration technology in the cooling of heading face. The field measurement shows that air turbine technology not only can acquire low temperature, reduced by about 7 ℃,but also have fast cooling speed.
