    Mining Technology for Floor Undulating Section at 1201 Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Shanzhai Mine

    • 摘要: 基于山寨煤矿1201工作面底板起伏变化大,对正常回采带来诸多不利因素,采用无线电波透视法对地质异常区作了详细探测,在回采中靠近凸起段时提前逐渐提底,使工作面呈弓背形仰俯采,并制定刮板输送机、液压支架调控措施,实现了工作面安全高效回采。

       

      Abstract: The big floor undulation at 1201 working face in Shanzhai Mine brings various unfavorable factors to the normal mining. Radiowave penetration method was used to detect abnormal geology areas in detail. the floor approaching to the bulging section was gradually lifted in advance during the mining process, which made the working face show a roachback shape up-down dip mining. Control measures about scraper conveyers and hydraulic supports were made to realize the high efficient mining.
