    Support Technology of Large Section Open-off Cut in Daxi Coal Industry

    • 摘要: 以大西煤业一采区3101工作面大断面开切眼作为研究对象,在对开切眼顶板岩样物理力学性质分析的基础上,采用理论计算和工程类比相结合的方法对大断面开切眼支护技术进行研究,并采用顶板离层动态监测系统对支护效果进行监测。结果表明,大断面开切眼6组测点的顶板围岩位移均小于40 mm,顶板离层在允许范围内,有效解决了该大断面开切眼的支护问题。

       

      Abstract: Taking the large section open-off cut of 3101 working face in one mining area of Daxi Coal Industry as research object, on the basis of analyzing the physical and mechanical properties of the roof rock, the support technology of the large section open-off cut was designed by used of theoretical arithmetic and engineering analogy. The supporting effect was monitored by the dynamic monitoring system of roof separation. The result is that the 6 groups measuring points of the surrounding rock are less than 40 mm and the displacement is within the permissible range. The support can resolve the support of the large section open-off cut.
