    Multi-level Automation Drainage Control System for Mine

    • 摘要: 提出了一种矿井多水平自动化排水控制系统的设计方案,对多水平排水系统建模,应用最优控制理论得出系统的目标函数,利用动态规划法求解最优解,合理安排排水计划,实现多水平泵房的协调优化控制。系统在曹庄矿运行情况表明,可以实现动态优化排水计划,有效减少溢仓等事故的发生。

       

      Abstract: This article proposes a scheme for mine multi-level automation drainage control system. Firstly, it builds the model of multi-level drainage system, and gets the objective function with optimal control theory, solves the optimal solutions by using dynamic programming method, so it can arrange the drainage plan reasonably and realize the coordinated control of multi-level pump-house. The operation results in Caozhuang Mine show that this system can optimize the drainage plan dynamically, reduce the faults of overflow effectively.
