    Design of Water Seal Fire Barriering and Explosion Venting Devices with Automatic Water Level Control Type

    • 摘要: 基于煤矿瓦斯管道输送安全的重要性,设计一种能够自动补水、排水的水封式阻火泄爆装置,装置具备防回火、泄爆及人工、自动双补水功能,装置强度设计满足公称压力≥1 MPa, 水封高度设计50 mm,泄爆片设计泄爆压力0.09 MPa,水位自动控制式水封式阻火泄爆装置无须人员定期观察及补水,弥补了人工补水式水封阻火泄爆装置的不足。

       

      Abstract: Based on the importance of coal mine gas pipeline conveying safety, the article designs a fire barriering & explosion venting device of water seal with automatic water supply and drainage function; the device has backfire prevention, explosion venting and manual/automatic water supplement function, its strength design meets the nominal pressure ≥ 1 MPa, water seal height of 50 mm, explosion venting pressure of 0.09 MPa. The device does not need regular personnel observation and replenishment, and makes up personnel water supply shortage.
