    Application of Monorail Transport System in Datun Mining Area

    • 摘要: 为了实现大屯矿区工作面长距离掘进顺槽快速安全运人,结合矿区的实际情况,提出了无极绳牵引、绞车牵引、蓄电池电牵引和柴油机车牵引等4种不同牵引方式的单轨吊运人系统,分析了4种单轨吊系统的结构组成、工作原理及其优势与不足,以及适用条件,最终确定了无极绳牵引单轨吊运人系统,对类似煤矿的辅助运输系统设计及改造提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to quickly and safely transport people at long distance excavation crossheading in Datun Mining Area, combined with actual situation, the article proposed four different traction mode monorail transport systems including the non-polarity rope traction, the winch traction, the battery electric traction and the diesel locomotive traction, analyzed the composition of their structure, working principle, advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions. Finally, the "the non-polarity rope traction monorail system" was adopted. It will offer more important practical value for design and transform of subsidiary transportation of the coal mine.
