    • 摘要: 为了研究依兰矿区首采中煤层自燃特性,指导建立矿区内的防灭火工作,通过试验方法,进行了首采中煤层的工业分析、全硫、煤的自燃倾向性、煤的最短自然发火期、煤的着火点、煤尘爆炸行测试,建立了首采中煤层自然发火指标体系,通过升温氧化实验测试出油页岩析出的有毒有害气体,同时测定出油页岩的含硫量大、吸氧量大,是依兰矿区防灭火工作应密切关注的环节,同时提出液氮防灭火方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to study spontaneous combustion characteristics of the first mining middle coal seam in Yilan Mine, guide and establish work of fire prevention and control in mine, through test methods, the study conducted industry analysis, total sulfur, coal spontaneous combustion tendency, the shortest period of spontaneous combustion, ignition point, explosive coal dust of middle coal seam, and established spontaneous combustion index system of first mining middle coal seam, through temperature oxidation experiments, the study tested toxic and harmful gases of oil shale precipitation, large sulfur content and large oxygen uptake of oil shale is key point in work of fire prevention and control in Yilan Mine, simultaneously proposed fire prevention methods with liquid nitrogen.
