    任楼矿Ⅱ1采区近距离煤层发火危险区域快速定位与治理

    Rapid Positioning and Controlling for Spontaneous Combustion Zone in Close Distance Coal Seams of Renlou Mine Ⅱ1 Mining Area

    • 摘要: 分析了任楼矿Ⅱ1采区火区特点与治理难点,采用收缩排除法对任楼矿Ⅱ1采区自然发火区域进行快速定位,确定8217运煤斜巷附近的煤柱为自燃发火危险区域。结合任楼矿Ⅱ1采区实际条件,提出“点、线治理”与“面式预防”相结合的治理思路,分“灭”、“控”、“防”3个治理阶段对危险区域进行治理,并形成了一套以“定点灌浆技术”和“封堵围岩裂隙技术”为基础, 结合“膜式”全覆盖封堵技术封闭火区防复燃的新型防灭火技术体系,并成功治理了任楼矿Ⅱ1采区火灾,为相似采空区火灾治理提供了经验。

       

      Abstract: The article analyzes the characteristics and control difficulties of fire area in Renlou Mine Ⅱ1 mining area, shrink exclusion method is used to quickly locate areas of spontaneous combustion Renlou Mine Ⅱ1 mining area; and the coal pillar around 8217 oblique transport roadway is determined as the spontaneous combustion zone. Combined with the actual situation of the mining area, the method of "point-line management" and "surface-type prevention" is proposed, the spontaneous combustion zone is controlled by three phases of "extinguishing", "controlling " and "preventing". Based on the "fixed-point grouting technology", "sealed surrounding rock fracture technology" and sealing technology of "film type", the new fire fighting system is formed, which is applied successfully in Renlou Mine Ⅱ1 mining area.
