    新庄煤矿白垩系富水基岩立井冻结温度场监测分析

    Monitoring and Analysis on Shaft Freezing Temperature Field of Cretaceous Water-rich Bedrock in Xinzhuang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了准确掌握白垩系地层富水基岩立井冻结温度场的发展规律,通过对新庄煤矿风立井的冻结监测,得到了该地区白垩系地层在特定条件下降温分析数据,进而研究了该地区初始地层温度场的分布规律,以及冻结管内盐水去、回路温度变化规律;对比分析不同岩性随时间变化冻结温度场发展特征,得到白垩系地层降温速率依次为:粗砾岩>粗粒砂岩>中粒砂岩>泥质粉砂岩>砂质泥岩;实测数据推算得到白垩系洛河组地层冻结壁扩展速度最快达0.082 m/d,埋深最大泥岩层冻结壁扩展速度最小为0.033 m/d,冻结时间在60~150 d冻结壁扩展速度较大,为估算积极冻结时间提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to accurately grasp the development law of shaft freezing temperature field in Cretaceous strata water-rich bedrock, through shaft freezing monitoring in Xinzhuang Coal Mine,it obtained temperature decrease data of the Cretaceous strata in this region under the certain condition.Then it studied the distribution law of the initial strata temperature field in this region,as well as the temperature variation law of brine loop in the freezing pipes.Moreover,it carried out comparative analysis for the development characteristics of freezing temperature field while different lithology changed with time,thus obtained Cretaceous strata cooling rate,it was that coarse conglomerate> coarse-grained sandstone> medium-grained sandstone> argillaceous siltstone> sandy mudstone.By the measured data, it calculated and obtained that the maximum expansion rate of freezing wall in Cretaceous Luohe group strata was 0.082 m/d, and the minimum expansion rate of freezing wall in the maximum depth shale was 0.033 m/d,the expansion rate of freezing wall was fast for the freezing time from 60 to 150 days,which provided a reference to estimate the positive freezing time.
