    A Calculation Method of Plastic Zone Width for Rectangular Coal Roadway

    • 摘要: 通过对岩石力学中经典弹塑性问题的分析方法进行研究,以极限平衡理论为基础,结合应力平衡原理,提出1种计算矩形煤巷塑性区宽度的新方法。应用工程实例和数值模拟对这种新方法进行验证,结果表明,该方法的计算结果与数值模拟结果和工程实际情况均比较吻合,新方法与其他方法相比更精确,能够为煤矿巷道支护设计提供更准确的设计参数,新方法在实际工程中具有应用价值。

       

      Abstract: This article researched the analytical method of classical elastic-plastic problems in rock mechanics, based on the limit equilibrium theory, combined with the stress balance principle, proposed a new method of calculating the width of plastic zone in rectangular coal roadway. The engineering examples and numerical simulation is applied to verify this new method. The results show that the calculation results of new method with the results of numerical simulation and engineering actual situation are relatively consistent. The new method is more precise compared with other methods. It can provide more accurate design parameters for coal mine roadway support design. The new method has application value in practical engineering.
