    大型露天煤矿工作线布置方式研究

    Study on Arrangement of Work Line in Large Open-pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了减小露天矿山施工难度,需要对工作线的布置方式进行合理选择。对露天煤矿常用的6种工作线布置方式优缺点及适用条件进行了分析,选取6个影响方案选择的评价指标,利用理想解法建立综合评价模型。针对黑岱沟露天煤矿生产情况提出3种工作线布置方案,即:分区横采方案、分区纵采方案、基坑布置方案。选取基建工程量,内排运距等因素建立评价模型,分别按照效益型指标,成本型指标进行计算,确定方案总排序。结果表明,采用分区横采布置工作线时,可以尽快实现剥离物内排,减少基建时间,减少汽车内排运距,提高采掘设备的效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the construction difficulty in open-pit mine, it is necessary to make a reasonable selection on the arrangement of the work line. The article proposed six solutions to solve the problem and selected six indicators to establish evaluation index system with the ideal solution. Three kinds of proposals were advanced according to the situation of Heidaigou Open-pit Mine. That is partition horizontal mining programs, partition vertical mining programs, pit layout scheme. Evaluation model was established by selecting the amount of infrastructure, transport distance and other factors. According to efficiency indicators, cost-based indicators were calculated respectively to determine the overall ranking of the alternatives. Finally, it concluded that the adopting partition layout work line will reduce the construction time and the distance of the transportation.
