    • 摘要: 为实现远距离下保护层1252(1)工作面安全高效回采,基于深井煤层群强突煤层的特点,分析了工作面本煤层及被保护层瓦斯涌出情况,提出了1252(1)工作面“一面五巷、沿空留巷、Y型通风、地面钻井”的瓦斯治理模式,形成了井上下立体抽采格局,考察了1252(1)工作面回采瓦斯抽采效果及瓦斯涌出积聚状况。考察结果表明:工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量为120~130 m3/min,抽采率达到91%,浓度大于30%的高浓瓦斯抽采量占瓦斯抽采总量的85%,回风流瓦斯浓度0.3%~0.4%,实现了煤与瓦斯共采。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the safe and high-efficient mining of 1252(1) working face, which is long distance under-protecting coal stratum, we analyzed the gas emission situation of working face and the protected seam. Based on the characteristics of high outburst coal seam of the deep well coal seam group, we proposed the gas control mode of 1252(1) working face that " five tunnels in one face, gob-side entry retaining, "Y" style ventilation, surface borehole", which formed the pattern of the surface and underground stereo extraction. We also investigated the 1252(1) mining face gas extraction effect and gas accumulation conditions. The results show that the absolute gas emission rate of mining face is 120 to 130 m3/min; the gas extraction ratio reaches to 91%; extraction quantity of which concentration greater than 30% accounts for 85% of the total gas extraction; return current gas is from 0.3% to 0.4%. The simultaneous extraction of coal and gas has been realized.
