    • 摘要: 针对孟津矿瓦斯治理难度大,揭煤时间长等问题,充分利用揭煤地点巷道布置条件,采用双向对穿分区消突钻孔和上下平行作业相结合的方法,解决了单向钻孔过长,终孔偏移大等问题,并提出关键钻孔控制关键点的理念。实践表明:水力冲孔卸压增透后,经50 d的抽采,揭煤区域瓦斯抽排率达到50.2%,残余瓦斯含量为3.37~6.20 m3/t,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标△h2最大值为100 Pa。采用揭煤导硐、远距离爆破及强化支护等措施实现了安全揭煤。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems that gas control is difficult in Mengjin mine and uncovering coal needs too long time, combined the roadway layout conditions, through two-way partition elimination outburst drilling and upper-lower parallel operation mode, we solved the problems of unidirectional drilling too long and large final hole deviation, and proposed the idea of key drilling control key points. Practice showed that with 50 days gas drainage operation, the gas drainage rate of the uncovering area was reached to 50.2%. After the outburst prevention measures, the residual gas content value reduced to 3.37 to 6.20 m3/t, the max value of the drilling cutting gas desorption index △h2 was 100 Pa. Used pilot tunnels, remote blasting and other measures achieved a safe uncovering coal seam.
