    煤峪口矿封闭火区启封技术

    Unsealing Technology of Closed Fire Area in Meiyukou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 大同矿区煤峪口矿井307盘区在开采11#、12#合并层下分层时,受“两硬”条件及冲击地压影响,发生内因火灾并进行了全盘区封闭。通过307盘区1#、4#、8#、9#、10#密闭监测各种气体组分的变化,采用单一指标气体浓度变化速率判断指标进行封闭火区燃烧状态分析,并采用气体组分率RT定量分析计算法判断封闭火区启封时复燃的可能性。经分析得出,封闭火区火源基本处于熄灭状态,但是存在高温阴燃点,启封后有复燃可能性。针对分析结果,提出307盘区8702工作面的启封方案并进行施工,启封期间火区内气体组分变化很小,火区状态基本稳定。

       

      Abstract: In the mining process of lower seam of 11#, 12# merged coal seam in 307 district of Meiyukou Coal Mine of Datong mining area, affected by "two hards" condition and rock burst, the fire disaster occurred and the whole district was closed. Through monitoring various gas components of 1#、4#、8#、9#、10# in 307 district, it used single gas concentration change rate indicators to analyze the combustion state of closed fire area, and used the quantitative analysis and calculation of gas component rate RT to judge the possibility of fire resurgence when the closed fire area was unsealed. The analysis showed that, the fire sources in closed fire area were basically off, however, there were high-temperature ignition points and the possibility of fire resurgence after unsealing. Aiming at the analysis results, it proposed the unsealing program and took construction for 8702 lower working face of 307 district. During unsealing the closed fire area, the change of gas components was little, and the state of fire area was basically stable.
