    • 摘要: 为了能够更好的应对煤矿深度开采带来的煤层自然发火的严峻形势,在对现有矿井防灭火技术进行分析的基础上,结合工作面现场情况和煤氧化实验,提出了以采空区局部温度、指标气体监测为主,以注浆防灭火、构筑防漏风隔离墙为辅,以及发现隐情及时施工高位钻孔,进行注胶的综合防灭火技术措施,并对各个措施进行了合理优化设计,通过在煤矿现场应用,经测定,回风巷及隅角CO浓度稳定在0~21×10-6之间,取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to better cope the serious situation of coal seam spontaneous combustion with the deep exploitation for the coal mine, on the basis of the analysis of fire prevention and extinguishing technology for existing mine, combined with the site actual conditions and coal oxidation test, it proposed fire prevention and extinguishing measures, which took monitoring the local temperature in goaf and index gases as the main method, supplemented by fire prevention grouting and building air leakage prevention insulation wall, and once the danger was found, the high level borehole must be drilled in time, then glue injection must be carried on, finally it optimized the design for various measures. According the practical application in the coal mine, CO gas concentration was among 0 to 21×10-6 in the return airway and corner, it had achieved good results.
