    Surrounding Rock Control Technology with Arch Grille Concrete and Bolting for High Stress Soft Rock

    • 摘要: 针对某煤矿集中胶带机下山段(240 m)矿压显现强烈的特点,提出了符合某煤矿地质条件的“高强锚网索+底拱+格栅拱架混凝土联合支护”方案。结果表明:仅采用“锚杆+锚索”支护方式巷道变形量大,矿压显现强烈;采用联合支护方案后巷道支护好,能够有效控制软岩巷道中围岩稳定,技术经济效益良好。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the characters of pressure behavior strongly in belt conveyor downhill sections (240 m), the article presents the solution of "high-strength cable + bottom + concrete arch grille combined support" program to meet the geological conditions. The results show that roadway deformation is large and mine pressure behavior is strong after merely adopting "bolt + cable" to support roadway, the stabilityof soft rock roadway surrounding is controlled effectively with good technical and economic benefits after adopting a joint support scheme.
