    Movable Type Long Distance Grouting System in Tangkou Mine

    • 摘要: 唐口矿井为提高灌浆防火的效果,对井下移动式制浆装置、控制系统、输送设备及管路等的选型和长距离注浆工艺进行研究。在采煤工作面进行了成套装备的注浆防灭火试验和应用。应用表明:该系统可自动添加制浆组分,浆液浓度稳定;具有操作简单、使用与维护方便等特点,提高了矿井防治采煤工作面自然发火的能力。

       

      Abstract: To improve the grouting effect, we researched the selection type of the underground movable pulping device, control system, conveying equipment, pipe selection, and the long distance grouting procedure. The complete equipment was tested at coal mining face to prevention spontaneous combustion. The experimental results show that the system can add slurry concentration automatically, and the ,slurry concentration is stability. The movable long distance grouting system with simple operation and convenient maintenance improves the ability of preventing the mine spontaneous combustion at coal mining face.
