Abstract: Steel wire rope for overhead passenger device is important auxiliary lifting components of mine personnel transport, how to correctly select, test and discard steel wire rope is very important to save energy and safety production. The article introduces several main aspects should be considered for steel wire rope of overhead passenger device, and points for attention in testing and discarding of steel wire rope.
