    • 摘要: 永磁传动技术具有响应速度快、设备结构简单,故障率低,维护成本低、可靠性高使用寿命长等优点。由于煤矿井下特殊的环境条件限制及相关安全标准要求,需对其装置进行结构改造。对其工作原理进行研究,分析其煤矿防爆安全参数的符合性及对煤矿安全生产的影响,以使永磁传动技术更安全的应用于煤矿井下。

       

      Abstract: Permanent magnetic transmission technology has quick response speed, simple structure, low failure rate, low maintenance cost, high reliability, long life and other advantages.Due to special environmental condition limit in coal mine and the requirements of related safety standards, permanent magnetic transmission devic need to be modified. The article studies the working principle of permanent magnetic transmission devic, analysizes its compliance of coal mine explosion-proof parameters and its effect for coal mine safety production, which makes the application of permanent magnetic transmission technology more safety in coal mine.
