    Support Design and Failure Characteristics of Mudstone-roof Gateway in Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 深井泥岩顶板回采巷道围岩变形量大、支护困难。通过对在古汉山矿15采区原支护方案回采巷道变形破坏分析,采用现场实测与数值分析方法对其围岩的收敛特点进行了对比,提出了预留断面强力锚杆-锚索协调支护技术,并对设计方案进行工业性试验与数据监测。结果表明:顶板泥岩的膨胀及高应力环境是巷道围岩失稳的主要原因,巷道呈凸出式收敛,四角成应力集中区,采用设计方案后,围岩顶板离层量小于50 mm,巷道围岩收敛量小于250 mm,巷道围岩稳定,支护效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Surrounding rock has large deformation and difficult support of mudstone-roof gateway in deep mine. Through deformation and failure analysis of gateway original support scheme in 15# mining area of Guhanshan Mine, comparative analysis of surrounding rock convergence characteristics was carried out by field measurement and numerical calculation, the reserved section strength bolt-cable coordinate support technology was proposed, and industrial test and data monitoring of design scheme were proceed. The results show that mudstone roof expansion and high stress environment of surrounding rock instability is a major reason, gateway convergence is protruding type, four corners are stress concentration areas. After the using of design scheme, roof abscission layer amount is less than 50 mm, surrounding rock convergence is less than 250 mm, gateway surrounding rock is stable, and support effect is significant.
