    Comprehensive Treatment for Goaf Residual Coal Spontaneous Combustion in Close Distance Upper and Lower Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 补连塔煤矿22煤层与上覆12煤采空区的层间距为36~51 m,下煤层的开采易造成上覆煤层采空区的遗煤氧化。22305综采工作面在开采时上覆12煤采空区出现了高温区域。为消除高温区域,采取了地面打钻、钻孔测温、注粉煤灰、注液态CO2、局部封闭工作面注液态N2、注黄泥浆等综合治理措施。治理效果明显,工作面气体指标保持正常状态,确保了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: The seam distance between 22# coal seam and overlying 12# coal goaf in Bulianta Coal Mine is 36 to 51 m. The overlying goaf residual coal is liable to oxidation and spontaneous combustion because of lower coal seam exploitation. The overlying goaf appeared the high temperature area when 22305 comprehensive mechanized mining face was mining. To eliminate the high temperature area, we adopted treatment measures including ground drilling, drilling temperature measurement, pouring the ash, liquid CO2, liquid N2 and yellow mud, partial closure of working face. By means of the comprehensive measures, the treatment effect was obvious, the face gas index maintained the normal state, and the face was exploited safely.
