    大倾角厚煤层斜切分层无煤柱综放开采煤自燃防治技术

    Coal Spontaneous Combustion Prevention Technology for Great-inclined Thick Coal Seam Oblique-cut Slice None Coal Pillar Mechanized Caving Mining

    • 摘要: 针对华丰煤矿1411工作面开采条件和工作面布置方式,探讨了大倾角厚煤层斜切分层无煤柱综放工作面的煤自然发火特点。结合现场生产情况,将1411工作面划分为Ⅰ~Ⅶ 7个煤自燃危险区域,分析了各区域遗煤分布情况及漏风规律;将工作面回采过程中防火工作划分为4个阶段(开切眼、正常回采、过1410面停采线及1411工作面末采/停采),并对每个阶段不同区域煤自燃防治工作提出了相应对策。应用实践表明,该对策取得了良好的煤自燃防治效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at mining condition and arrangement of 1411 working face in Huafeng Coal Mine, this article discusses coal spontaneous combustion in great-inclined thick coal seam oblique -cut slice none coal pillar mechanized caving face. According to the production situation, the 1411 mining face is divided into seven coal spontaneous combustion dangerous areas. This article analyzed the residual coal distribution and the regularity of air leakage in all regions and divided the process of mining face into four stages (open-off cut stage, mining stage, crossing 1410 plane stopped mining line phase and during the time of 1411 working face mining or stop mining). This article provides implementation countermeasure for each phase of the different regions of coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control. The production practice shows that the scheme has achieved good effects in coal combustion control.
