    Application of Pressure-relief Support Technology in Soft Rock Roadway with High Stress in Juji Mine

    • 摘要: 为了应对车集煤矿深部高应力软岩巷道难支护问题,基于巷道开挖围岩应力分布特征,提出了卸压支护技术体系,并简述了卸压作用原理及其主要组成;结合28采区轨道下山二联巷现场实际进行工程实践,总结了其主要施工工艺、提出了车集煤矿高应力软岩巷道支护体系,详细讲述了其具体施工工序及参数,现场工程实践28采区轨道下山二联巷成巷效果良好,最后对巷道围岩表面位移进行监测、对比分析发现该技术强化了围岩支护结构、维护了巷道的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In order to cope with the difficult support of soft rock roadway with high stress in Juji Mine, the support technique by pressure relief was proposed based on stress distribution characteristic in surrounding rock after the roadway's excavation. The principal of stress relief and the main composition were briefly introduced. Combined with the field practical engineering, the main construction process was summarized and the technique system of support by pressure relief in Juji mine was proposed. Then the construction process and its parameters were introduced in detail on site. The effect of field application was good, at last the surface displacement of roadway's surrounding rock was monitoring and comparatively analyzed which show that the technique strengthened the support structure, maintained the stability of roadway.
